What can I cook for you?

 I was nine years old when I started cooking. It was three days until Christmas and my mother had fallen and broke her elbow. I had a choice to make; either listen to her directions and get dinner on the table or go without any. I grew fond of it quickly, trying new things and new flavors.

Years later, the thrill of making Thanksgiving dinner and having dinner parties at our house became more than just a passion for food; it became my calling. After spending years in the corporate world, I decided to trade in my stiletto heels for an apron. I attended The French Culinary Institute of NY, where I learned the classics from chefs like Jacque Peppin and Andre Soltner. After graduating, I spent years in NYC’s best restaurants learning from Michelin star chefs and expanding my knowledge.

I’m always striving to provide my clients with an individualized dining experience that is both refined and unexpected. The menu is constantly changing with the seasons. My cuisine is inspired by my Eastern European background, combined with traditional French training. I believe in using organic and fresh produce with emphasis on bold flavors and finesse. 

Full-service experience includes a tasting of the menu selected with detailed explanations of each dish, day of preparing, serving, as well as clean-up ensuring that your kitchen looks exactly as it did when I arrived.
